Landers Creek Falls and Talbingo Fire Tower Tag-A-Long Tour

Discover the stunning views of the Snowy Mountains and explore the pioneering history of the Northern Kosciuszko National Park.

From the Cumberland Fire Trail we will drive to Landers Creek Falls to take a short walk to experience the new lookout delivering magnificent views over Talbingo Reservoir and the Falls.

Next we travel to Talbingo fire tower with its unsurpassed views over the mountains before we call into Jounama Homestead to learn more about the heritage of these pioneering sites. Free morning tea supplied. Participants must have 4WD and feel confident driving off road.

Where: Kosciuszko National Park

When: Available all year round, subject to minimum numbers and availability.
Meeting Place: At Landers Creek Falls visitor carpark just off the Snowy Mountains Highway. 10.2 km south past the Talbingo turn-off.
Price: $14.50 per person, $35.00 family (2A & 3C).

Level of Difficulty Descriptions

Easy: Suitable for all ages, but take care with children. Medium: Some steps or steep areas, suitable for people who walk occasionally. Hard:Steep sections, for people who walk regularly. Visitors with heart or breathing difficulties should not attempt these walks.
