Guided tours of Jersey Cave

Take a cave tour and explore this underground world. Water and limestone has created a magical underground world for you to explore at Yarrangobilly Caves. Disappearing streams give a hint of what is below but nothing can prepare you for the magnificent caverns, stunning cave decorations and secret grottos. And if you think that's all water can do, think again.

Not only does water go down at Yarrangobilly but it also comes up. A natural thermal spring rises from 760m below ground to fill a man made pool. Bring your swimmers and enjoy the warm waters (27oC) and let the kids play in the wading pool. The rivers and streams have also been busy carving out spectacular limestone gorges.

Take the time to walk around Yarrangobilly and discover the River walk, Glory Farm, Castle Cave walk and the Yarrangobilly gorges.

Price: $16 adults, $12 concession and $40 family (2 adults and 3 children) Note: Please be aware that a site fee of $3 applies per vehicle.

Level of Difficulty Descriptions

Easy: Suitable for all ages, but take care with children. Medium: Some steps or steep areas, suitable for people who walk occasionally. Hard:Steep sections, for people who walk regularly. Visitors with heart or breathing difficulties should not attempt these walks.
